    On 4/10/2025, A three-year-old female child came out of the bathroom and was asked to sit down on the wall. The educator grabbed the child aggressively and sat her down on the wall. Then, a three-year-old male came out of the bathroom and was asked to sit on the wall. The three-year-old male did not sit down and was getting up. The educator grabbed the three-year-old male by the arm forcefully and caused him to hit his head on the wall. He was checked out, and he did not have any injuries or bruises. He has not complained of it hurting. Juan was terminated from the job on 4/10/2025.
