The agency will give all staff members a document to sign acknowledging each staff member's responsibility to be aware of due dates and when to complete training on time. Staff members will also do training on their personal development days and during classroom prep time. Staff members will also be required to report when each training is completed.

   Educator did not complete pre -service training (Licensure Rules and Regulations). — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The agency corrected the violation with the following actions: 1. The staff member was sent home immediately to complete the Licensure Rules and Regulations training. 2. The agency will make sure that all potential new hires will be given space and acess to a computer in a Knowledge Quest office (outside of the center) to complete all necessary pre-service trainings. Each certificate will be printed onsite and placed into a file upon completion. 3. The director will walk each new hire through TNPAL registration to ensure that each new hire is enrolled in TNPAL.
