The staff were not in the practice of signing in and out daily. — Visit: Complaint Investigation — Action taken: The agency will message parents to remind them of the requirement to sign children in and out daily. This practice will be monitored by the owner/director for compliance. The agency will also conduct training regarding the requirement for all staff members to sign in and out daily. The owner/director will maintain a binder to be used specifically for staff sign in and out sheets.
