During an unannounced visit on April 1, 2026 the agency was cited for a violation under 124-04-01-.15 Program Language and Literacy. — Visit: Technical Assistance,Complaint Investigation,Safety Plan Served,Other — Action taken: The agency will reinforce expectations for appropriate tone, positive guidance, and developmentally appropriate communication with all staff. Additional training through KinderCare will be required to strengthen classroom management and behavior support practices. Leadership will conduct ongoing classroom observations and provide coaching and feedback to ensure compliance with licensing standards. Staff will also be encouraged to seek support when feeling overwhelmed to prevent inappropriate responses.

The fire inspector conducted a reinspection on 1/21/2026 and one of the required corrections had not been completed. Your agency is not in compliance with State Fire as a result for failing to complete the required correction. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: KinderCare has since scheduled a vendor to complete the necessary repairs to the doors. The agency director will track closley all inspections and ensure timely completion of deficiencies.
