A child was left unattended on the playground. — Visit: Complaint Investigation,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The Director spoke with the educators on the importance of making sure that all children are in front of them and to always look behind them one last time before entering the room to ensure that a child has not slipped back behind them. They will also work with CCR&R to see if there is a placement for the educators to stand to ensure that children can not slip back behind them.
