The videos show Savannah Alexander inappropriately and aggressively handling children in the two-year-old classroom. Management is responsible for ensuring staff do not mishandle children or use inappropriate behavior. On January 15, 2025, Licensing Consultant Melissa Odom received three videos by email dated November 20, 2025, and November 25, 2025, from Director Pam Sisk. The videos show Savannah Alexander aggressive and inappropriate handling of children in the two-year-old classroom, including picking up and hold a child by the arm, grabbing a child by the arm to pull the child toward her, and aggressively grabbing and forcefully slamming a child down. — Visit: Safety Plan Monitoring,Technical Assistance — Action taken: All staff will be provided additional training on Age-Appropriate Discpline and Behavior Managment.

On January 15, 2025, Licensing Consultant Melissa Odom received three videos by email dated November 20, 2025, and November 25, 2025, from Director Pam Sisk. The videos showed Savannah Alexander handling children in the two-year-old classroom inappropriately and aggressively. Management became aware of the incident on December 13. 2025, upon reviewing video footage and failed to report it to the Department of Human Services. Serious incidents are to be reported to Department of Human Services on the same day.
