During a complaint investigation, LC Kelley discovered that the childcare facility did not have working hot water. — Visit: Complaint Investigation,QRIS Monitoring visit — Action taken: The site director and CEO worked closely together to have the hot water issue resolved. There had been several communications with the ops manager from the Aventura School. Moving forward, LWELC will ensure that there is hot water, and if there are any other issues, Moffit Builders will be contacted immediately.
