On December 23, 2025 an educator used inappropriate discipline on a child during nap time. — Visit: Complaint Investigation,Safety Plan Served — Action taken: The investigation has been completed by the LC. The strategies utilized as mentioned above provided sufficient evidence that the allegations are valid. See site visit on 12/19/2025 for detailed information. The educator was dismissed from the center and the agency is having all staff members participate in a mandatory retraining on the center's behavior guidance and discipline policy.

The training hours were not completed by Septmber 30, 2025. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The three teachers that needed CPR have registered for CCR&Rs CPR/First Aid training. Both of our kitchen staff were trained on the emergency preparedness plan on Monday, 11/24. The agency has adjusted their onboarding process to require the CPR training to be completed within the first month of employment, since CCR&R offers the training every month from the 15th-30th. All auxiliary staff will attend the annual emergency preparedness training along with teaching staff.
