During an unannounced complaint visit on April 16, 2025, one Child Care Licensing Consultant observed via the video footage that former educator did handle the child roughly as she was bringing her into the building, while the other Licensing Consultant obtained statements from the staff. — Visit: Complaint Investigation,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The agency corrected the violation with the following action(s): The company required each staff member attend a meeting/training to ensure all staff are reminded of the importance and seriousness of these types of incidents and the consequences on all levels of the law and agency's policy. The agency will continue to provide monthly training in child abuse and neglect.
