In room #2, It was observed that a child was in a bouncer seat drinking a bottle. The bottle was propped by a fleece blanket. — Visit: Complaint Investigation — Action taken: Training will be given to all staff over safe sleep procedures, food and food safety, and the supervision of the children. All staff will be required to take these trainings with the CCR&R coaches. Rule review trainings will also be provided by Depart of Human Services.
