    During the visit on December 10th, 2025, Child Care Licensing Consultant Lexi Casteel sited a violation for the annual training requirement hours not being completed by the director and staff by the deadline of September 30th, 2025. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit — Action taken: The provider will conduct monthly training checks with staff to ensure everyone is completing trainings on time and as needed. The provider will also be checking TNPAL to ensure the required trainings are being completed by all staff before the deadline.

    During the complaint investigation visit on February 11th, 2025, Child Care Licensing Consultant Lexi Casteel conducted interviews while investigating a complaint of a child being burned by a bottle warmer. The staff member was holding the child, making a bottle at the counter, when the child was able to pull the cord of the bottle warmer. The bottle warmer then turned over and burned the child. Electrical Cords should be inaccessible to children younger than school age. — Visit: Complaint Investigation — Action taken: The actions taken include moving the bottle warmer out of the children's reach and never holding an infant while making bottles. All staff also received a health and safety training with CCR&R.
