Three educators did not complete their first aid or CPR training within the first 90 days of employment. One of the educator's first aid/CPR expired in April of 2023. — Visit: Other,Follow-up visit — Action taken: Per the Program Coordinator, the employees who have not had the First Aid and CPR trainings will be scheduled to take the trainings.

Going forward the agency states that regular audits for staff files will be performed to ensure nothing is missing.
