A piece of playground equipment observed by the LC Chris Ham on 4/20/26 was in poor repair. Worn wood on the top of xylophone was splintered and needs to be removed from children's access. Other pieces of equpment on the playground that are made of wood need maintenance as well. — Visit: Complaint Investigation,Technical Assistance — Action taken: Program maintenance has removed the damaged wood from the playground. It no longer presents a hazard to the children.
