A cleaning solution was not diluted per instructions on container. As a result, children broke out in rashes after playing in the indoor playarea. — Visit: Complaint Investigation — Action taken: The school has taen a proactive approach and cease the usage of Sansol, the cleaner used originally. The staff made a judgement error and was counceled, based on the consequences. Retraining all staff was provided on proper cleaning procedures and change to Bioesque, a new natural cleaner now being used. The checklist has been revised and added more detail to the overall list, ensuring safety.
