The name-to-face roll was not completed when coming back to the classroom from the playground. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: Staff were retrained on how to complete the name-to-face roll call. Ashley prepared a sheet for the staff to use. That sheet will list the children's names and include checkboxes to check off each time they exit/enter the classroom, building, and playground. Also, management will monitor staff as they take the children outside the classrooms or reenter the building. If the name-to-face roll call is not completed, it will result in a write-up for that staff member.
