    During a complaint investigation, it was determined through staff interviews that two educators had been witnessed yelling at children as a form of behavior management. Additionally, interviewed staff noted some educators place children under the age of three (3) in time outs. — Visit: Safety Plan Monitoring,Follow-up visit,Complaint Investigation,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The agency will participate in Behavior Management Training with CCRR. The director is in the process of creating a policy for all staff to review and sign to enusre they are aware of time outs being used with children three years of age and older only. The director has met with all staff to discuss tone and level of voices when speaking to children.
