During a visit on 8-4-2025, a medication was on site with a 7/2025 expiration date. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The expired Inhaler was returned to the parent on the day of the violation, and a new Inhaler was replaced with proper paperwork completed. New procedures were developed to prevent expired medication from being on-site in the future.

As of November 1, 2024, all Emergency Cards have been updated. In the future the agency will ensure upon enrollment, the Emergency Cards reflect all authorized persons listed on the Application Form, with reminders for parents / guardians to update their Emergency Cards if needed.
