Staff didn't complete all the required block grant trainings by September 30th. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit — Action taken: My agency will get complete confirmation on all our trainings this has never occurred since i been in business i somehow believe this violation was a mistake i spoke with Tnpal on 10/8/25 & they told me all our trainings was completed & they are having issues with trainings being updated & they will email when the system updates. The agency was cited supposedly for not completing block training which all our info was submitted to tnpal & it was approved .
