During an unannounced visit to investigate a complaint after interviews with educators, it was determined that an educator was using a loud tone of voice when directing the children to other activities throughout the day. — Visit: Complaint Investigation — Action taken: The educator was put on temporary administrative leave while the board took time to carefully review the situation. The board decided to terminated the educator. We have a plan of correction, which all educators has read and signed and will be going in all staff handbooks.
