In the Prek classroom cert rep observed tissues in an unlidded receptacle accessible to the children. Requirement: Trash that has been contaminated by human secretions or excrement shall be contained in closed, plastic-lined receptacles. On 7/29/25, child #1 eloped through an area of the fence that was not secure. Staff person #1 prevented child #1 from reaching the road. Requirement: If unsafe areas or conditions are in or near an outdoor play space, fencing or natural barriers are required to restrict children from those unsafe areas or conditions. Correction: We placed wire fencing in the open area to close it off. No child will be able to get through that section in the future. Inspection: Complaints- Legal Location.
