During the Renewal Inspection on 5/13/2026, Staff #1 was observed changing a diaper for a child in the infant/young toddler classroom. It was observed that Staff #1 did not wash the child's hands or their own hands after changing the diaper. Requirement: A staff person shall ensure that a child's hands are washed before meals and snacks, after toileting and after being diapered. A facility person shall wash his hands before meals and snacks, and after toileting and after diapering a child. Correction: Staff #1 was reminded that they must wash the child's hands and their own hands after diaper changes.
