Requirement: If disposable diapers are provided by a parent or by a facility, a soiled diaper shall be discarded by immediately placing the diaper into a plastic-lined, hands-free covered can. Correction: Immediately removed the soiled diaper from the kitchen cabinet area and disposed of it properly in a hands-free covered trash can with a plastic liner. Inspection: Renewal. The operator or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall ensure the requirements in subsection (a) are met.
