    The file for staff #1, designated as a Group Supervisor on the staff data sheet, did not contain documentation of the qualifications required for the position. The file lacked verified child care experience. Requirement: A staff person or a substitute staff person shall meet one of the applicable staff qualifications for the position in which the person is performing. A facility person's record shall include verification of child care experience, education and training prior to service at the facility. Correction: During the inspection, our Educational Director called the employee's former employer again and documented the employee's child care experience for the file. Inspection: Renewal.     Infant Tylenol observed in the infant room was not labeled for use by a single child. The medication was labeled for siblings, child #1 and child #2.
