The facility was observed to have a cracked/broken plastic play cup in the beach room. A broken plastic steppingstone was observed in the facility's outside play area. Requirement: Toys, play equipment and other indoor and outdoor equipment used by the children shall be clean, in good repair and free from rough edges, sharp corners, pinch and crush points, splinters and exposed bolts. Correction: The plastic play cup and the plastic steppingstone were thrown away while the certification representative was still on site. Inspection: Renewal. Evacuation routes posted (3270.94(a)(5))

The facility was observed to lack a posting of evacuation routes on the 2nd floor of the facility. Requirement: The Director or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter ensure evacuation routes are posted in a conspicuous location on each floor of the facility. Correction: The second floor of the facility is the director's office and a storage room. Evacuation routes were posted outside of the storage room and in the director's office. Inspection: Renewal. Handwashing signs (3270.82(h))

The facility was observed to lack a hand washing sign at toilet #2 in the Greenhouse room. Requirement: A facility person and an able child shall wash his hands after toileting and before eating. A sign on which this requirement is written shall be posted at each toilet, training chair, diapering area and sink in the facility. Correction: The handwashing sign was posted at toilet #1 and above the sinks. The sign at toilet #2 was reposted while the certification representative was still on site. Inspection: Renewal.
