It was observed on 3/14/2025 there are numerous small stones with a diameter of less than 1 inch around the larger stepping stones surrounding the water feature in the outdoor nature/play space accessible to children who are still placing objects in their mouths. Requirement: Toys and objects with a diameter of less than 1 inch, objects with removable parts that have a diameter of less than 1 inch, plastic bags and styrofoam objects may not be accessible to children who are still placing objects in their mouths. Correction: I will be applying mulch/rock glue to the stones between the stepping stones. The children will not be able to pick them up as they will be glued down. There needs to be no rain for at least 48 hours and the temperature needs to be above 50 for the glue to set. Inspection: Renewal. Source: PA DHS COMPASS provider search (compass.dhs.pa.gov).
