SAFETY PLAN: The operator is required to submit to the Children and Youth Agency a plan of supervision or alternate arrangement as required by the Child Protective Services Law. LACKING REQUIRED HIRING DOCUMENTS: Facility Person # 1 may not work in a childcare position at the facility. Correction: An application has since been submitted. Currently, the teacher is acting as an aide until the updated clearance is received. An updated PA state clearance was obtained 3/10/25 and placed in the individual staff records.
