During the renewal inspection on 3/17/26: 1.The bottom two drawers of the changing table were not opening and closing properly on the tracks causing the protentional for pinch or crush points. 2.Two dramatic play items had doors that were off of the hinges. (Play washer and refrigerator). 3.Two peg coat racks had fallen off the wall and were laying on the floor in the infant room. Requirement: Toys, play equipment and other indoor and outdoor equipment used by the children shall be clean, in good repair and free from rough edges, sharp corners, pinch and crush points, splinters and exposed bolts. Correction: The changing table drawer has been repaired and is now functioning properly without hazard. The play refrigerator was removed and discarded, eliminating the unsafe item. The play washer has been repaired, and the door is now securely attached. The coat racks have been reinstalled and securely mounted to the wall to prevent future detachment.
