    During the renewal inspection a table was observed turned on it's side to block children from leaving the large muscle playroom to a hallway area used by a separate organization that contains a barbershop. Correction: The table that was turned over and being used as a barrier was immediately removed and returned to its intended use. Staff were instructed that furniture and equipment may not be repurposed or positioned in a manner that creates a safety hazard or is not approved for use as a barrier. Correction: The operator had the damaged areas sanded to avoid sharp edges on 9/10/25. The children will be restricted from the slide, hill area until patches are installed and the area is completely safe for play. The patches should be completed by 10/1/25.
