In Room #3 (DP1) was a two-shelf bookcase with clear bins with green contact paper covering the top of the bookcase which was ripped and a choking hazard for children still placing objects in their mouths. Requirement: Toys and objects with a diameter of less than 1 inch, objects with removable parts that have a diameter of less than 1 inch, plastic bags and styrofoam objects may not be accessible to children who are still placing objects in their mouths. Furniture must be durable, safe, easily cleaned and appropriate for the child's size, age and special needs. Correction: The Green Contact Paper was immediately removed. Inspection: Renewal.
