At the time of inspection, the heating coils were hot to the touch. On 3/19/26, at time of inspection, diaper cream and sunscreen instructing to "keep out of reach of children" were observed accessible to children in unlocked diaper cabinets located in the Toddler and Older Toddler classrooms. Cleaning products (Fabuloso, Comet, Glass Cleaner) were observed accessible to children in unlocked sink cabinets located in the PS/PK boys' and girls' bathrooms. Additionally, a lidded waste receptacle was not observed by the diaper changing station located in the Young Toddler room. Requirement: Cleaning materials and other toxic materials shall be kept in an area or container that is locked or made inaccessible to children. A toilet area, training chair area, diapering area and sink area shall be equipped with a clean, lidded waste receptacle.
