Continued non-compliance. On January 8, 2026, a renewal inspection was conducted at the facility. A review of staff files was conducted and staff person #1 had only completed 4.5 hours of annual training during the period January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2026. An acceptable plan of correction was received stating that by1/15/26, staff person #1 would complete the 7.5 hours of missed training from 2025. As of 2/23/26 those hours have not been completed. Requirement: A staff person shall obtain an annual minimum of 12 clock hours of child care training. Correction: The staff has started his trainings, the training will be done in approximately one week because it is a 18 hours training self paced and by zoom meetings Inspection: Unannounced Monitoring.
