On February 11, 2026, during the renewal inspection, there were plastic gloves on a shelf in the preschool 4 classroom in reach and accessible to children receiving care in the space. Requirement: Toys and objects with a diameter of less than 1 inch, objects with removable parts that have a diameter of less than 1 inch, plastic bags and styrofoam objects may not be accessible to children who are still placing objects in their mouths.
