The operator or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall ensure the requirements in subsection (a) are met. Family childcare homes shall manually test the smoke alarms at least once every thirty days and maintain a written record of testing with the facility's fire drill logs. Correction: On 04/01/2026, all smoke detectors were tested and a written log was created. The results of the test were documented and are now kept on file.
