Ice/snow on the ground was obstructing the door to the outdoor play space from being able to be fully opened. Requirement: Stairways, hallways, exits from rooms, exits from the facility and other means of egress serving as an exit shall be unobstructed. Correction: The stuck Doorway was able to open after the owner broke the ice off of the bottom of the sidewalk. The correction was made right away onsite to ensure proper opening.
