   During the initial inspection conducted on 9-5-25, the family home did not have an OSHA approved, interconnected smoke detection system on all three levels of the home. The smoke detectors on the first and second floor were interconnected, but the smoke detector in the basement was not interconnected Requirement: Fire detection devices or systems must be in compliance with standards established under section 1016(c) of the act (62 P.S. § 1016(c)). The operator or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall ensure the requirements in subsection (a) are met. Correction: The operator will purchase and install OSHA approved, interconnected smoke detectors with three units. There will be a unit on all three floors, the basement, first and second floors.
