The file of staff #1 had Child Abuse clearances more than 60 months apart due to the fact they were dated: 5-5-25 and 5-4-20 Requirement: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). SAFETY PLAN: The operator is required to submit to the Children and Youth Agency a plan of supervision or alternate arrangement as required by the Child Protective Services Law. A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the disclosure statement and a copy of the completed clearance information required under the CPSL. The file of staff #3 had a PA Child Abuse clearance for the purpose of volunteer rather than employment. Requirement: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services).
