Observed in the infant room, an interior door which lead to a through way into the Preschool/toddler room and served as a means to exit the room in an emergency was blocked with a pack and play. Requirement: Stairways, hallways, exits from rooms, exits from the facility and other means of egress serving as an exit shall be unobstructed. Correction: Moved pack and play from door.
