IF Correction: Staff are required to immediately request assistance from the director, administrator or other available staff (no matter their involvement) to escort a child that is in the quiet area back to designated class or practice send and receive when that child indicates they are ready to return to class and not allow that child to remain in any other class for any duration of time. In the back right corner in front of the office a black, 12 shelfing unit was wobbly and poses a topping hazard. Wooden blocks, under the clock on the right wall were chipped and pose a cutting or splinter hazard. Requirement: Toys, play equipment and other indoor and outdoor equipment used by the children shall be clean, in good repair and free from rough edges, sharp corners, pinch and crush points, splinters and exposed bolts.
