Requirement: Medication shall be stored in accordance with the manufacturer's or health professional's instructions on the original label. Correction: The expired medication was removed from the facility, and the parent was notified to provide an updated, unexpired inhaler for the child if medication is still required. Two children were observed receiving care in the Toddler room without their emergency contact forms being in the classroom. Requirement: When children are in the facility, emergency contact information shall be present in a child care space for children receiving care in the space. Correction: To correct this, the required emergency contact information has been placed in each child care space and will remain accessible whenever children are receiving care. There were areas of peeling paint on the wall between the 2 doors in the gross motor room. There were stained ceiling tiles in the gross motor room. reportedly from a previous leak in the roof which has since been repaired. Requirement: Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces, including the facility's outdoor play space surfaces shall be kept clean, in good repair and free from visible hazards. A sign on which this requirement is written shall be posted at each toilet, training chair, diapering area and sink in the facility.
