These bushes/plants/trees are considered toxic and were accessible to children. Requirement: Toxic plants are not permitted in a childcare space. Correction: The provider was made aware of the most recent toxic plan interpretation to regulation 3290.64(c) and how to identify toxic plants that are in an accessible area to children.
