During renewal inspection certification rep reviewed children files. Emergency contacts for child 1,2,4,5,6 and 7 were missing work addresses and telephone numbers of the enrolling parent. Requirement: Emergency contact information must include the home and work addresses and telephone numbers of the enrolling parent. Correction: Parents were contact to provide up to date employment information and information was inputted to the blank fields. Inspection: Renewal. Continued noncompliance from 6-2-25, The water temperature in the girl's bathroom in the toddler section was 132° F, 122° F and 120° F Requirement: Hot water temperature, in areas accessible to children, may not exceed 110° F. Correction: Maintenance tech onsite and hot water heater temperature was lowered on the hot water heater to 100 degrees. Inspection: Unannounced Monitoring. Child was given water from a gallon of water. The gallon contained bleach. Requirement: Cleaning materials and other toxic materials shall be kept in an area or container that is locked or made inaccessible to children. Correction: All containers used for water distribution were replaced with containers more distinct and clearly labeled. Additionally, cleaning dilution containers were replaced with more distinct bottles as well and clearly labeled. Dilution procedures will only be completed in the designated kitchen area and new spray bottles will be dispersed and locked away. Health consultant was met with to review procedural changes and adjustments. All staff were met with individually to review procedural changes, review expectations and answer any questions.
