On 6-10-26 at approximately 2:21 p.m. during naptime, staff person #1 was observed supervising 12 children, including 3 young toddlers and 9 older toddlers, without a second staff person in the room, resulting in staff person #1 being out of ratio. About a minute later, staff person #2 entered the room to be in ratio with the children with staff person #1. Requirement: The staff:child ratio while toddlers and preschoolers are napping is one staff person to 10 young toddlers, one staff person to 12 older toddlers, one staff person to 20 preschool children.
