    At the time of inspection facility did not have written polices: 1. Recognition of potential signs / symptoms of shaken baby syndrome and abusive head trauma 2. Strategies for coping with a crying, fussing, or distraught child. 3. The prevent and identification of child maltreatment. Requirement: Conditions at the facility may not pose a threat to the health or safety of the children. Correction: I removed the Shaken Baby Syndrome/Abuse Head Trama policy from my Parent's Board and placed a copy of it in the STATE binder. I created and placed in STATE Binder Strategies for Coping with a crying fussy, or distraught child. I also created and placed in STATE Binder the Prevent and Identification of Child Maltreatment..     At the time of inspection facility did not have a veterinarian's certificate for their dog. Requirement: A veterinarian's certificate of current rabies immunization is required for a cat or dog at the facility. The certificate shall be on file when the cat or dog is present. Correction: On February 13, 2025, my pet was taken to the vet for her annual vaccinations and Rabies Vaccination. The Vaccinations expires 02/13/2026. My pet's records were placed in a binder marked STATE, This makes it easy for the inspector and myself to view when time for renewal. Inspection: Renewal.     At the time of inspection facility did not have a file for the any staff. Requirement: An individual record is required for each facility person. Correction: Since I am a family child care provider, I am the only staff. I removed my files from my STARS Binder to make sure the documents are easily accessible for STATE inspection. I also updated my Recognizing and Responding to Child Abuse and Neglect Mandated Child Reporter training on 02/08/2025. Inspection: Renewal.
