    The inspector observed the fire drill/detection log and found that the 30-day testing was not being conducted. This was evidenced by a test completed on 7/11/25 and then not again until 8/22/25 and then on 9/17/25, and then on 10/30/25. Requirement: Fire detection devices or systems must be in compliance with standards established under section 1016(c) of the act (62 P.S. § 1016(c)). The primary staff person or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall ensure the requirements in subsection (a) are met Correction: The provider was utilizing a business calendar and not a 30-day calendar.
