    Based on interview with staff, the boiler was not working, and therefore the heat was not turned on, resulting in the temperature in the building being 61 degrees F in the morning when the facility opened, which is below the required 65 degrees F. Requirement: The indoor temperature shall be at least 65° F. Correction: The boiler is now fixed, and the heat is working, and the temperature is above the required 65 degrees F.
