During the renewal inspection conducted 11/5/2024, there were 10 children in the toddler room. Staff #1 named 4 children, staff #2 named 2 children and staff #3 was only able to name 2 out of the 4 children she was responsible for. Requirement: Each staff person shall be assigned the responsibility for supervision of specific children. The staff person shall know the names and whereabouts of the children in his assigned group. The staff person shall be physically present with the children in his group on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the facility premises.
