Locked or inaccessible/Handwashing signs (3270.66(a)/3270.82(h))

The facility bathroom next to the office, labeled as staff is on the facility license for children to use does not have a hand-washing sign posted at the sink. There is toxic air freshener on the bathroom cabinet also. In room 135 there is toxic cleaning spray in a bucket on the top of the kids' cubbies that is accessible to the children. Requirement: Cleaning materials and other toxic materials shall be kept in an area or container that is locked or made inaccessible to children. A facility person and an able child shall wash his hands after toileting and before eating. A sign on which this requirement is written shall be posted at each toilet, training chair, diapering area and sink in the facility. Facility staff # 1 did not complete pediatric first aid and cpr by its expiration on 8/24/25. Pediatric first aid and cpr was completed by staff # 1 on 9/17/25. Requirement: Competence is the completion of training by a professional in the field of first-aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). All staff persons shall renew their certification in pediatric first aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on or before the expiration of the most current certification.
