    The facility bathroom next to the office, labeled as staff is on the facility license for children to use does not have a hand-washing sign posted at the sink. There is toxic air freshener on the bathroom cabinet also. In room 135 there is toxic cleaning spray in a bucket on the top of the kids' cubbies that is accessible to the children. Requirement: Cleaning materials and other toxic materials shall be kept in an area or container that is locked or made inaccessible to children. A facility person and an able child shall wash his hands after toileting and before eating. A sign on which this requirement is written shall be posted at each toilet, training chair, diapering area and sink in the facility.
