LACKING REQUIRED HIRING DOCUMENTS: Facility Person # -- may not work in a child care position at the facility. PROVISIONAL HIRE UNSUPERVISED: A provisional employee may not be permitted to work alone with children and must work within the vicinity of a permanent employee.
