Observed Pre K bathroom and classroom sink with no handwashing sign. Requirement: A facility person and an able child shall wash his hands after toileting and before eating. Observed children in Toddler two on incorrect cots. All cots were labeled but children were not on the cot assigned to them. Requirement: Individual, clean, age-appropriate rest equipment shall be provided for preschool, toddler and infant children as agreed between the child's parent and the operator. The rest equipment shall be labeled for the use of a specific child and used only by the specified child. Correction: Provider will train all staff on appropriate cot use.
