At the time of the Renewal Inspection conducted on 07/28/2025, the most recent Mandated Reporter Training on file for Staff Person #1 was dated 07/07/2019. The file for Staff person # 2 indicated that Staff Person # 2 resided outside of Pennsylvania within the last 60 months but did not contain the Out of State Criminal History Background Check or Out of State Sex Offender Registry Check for the staff person. Requirement: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). Facility Person # 1 and Facility Person #2 may not work in a child care position at the facility. A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the disclosure statement and a copy of the completed clearance information required under the CPSL.
